RE:30-day Hazardous Waste Extension ApprovalUTD092029768
DearMr. Moore,
On September 4, 2024, Chevron Products Company submitted a 30-day hazardous waste storage extension request to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division)for the
continued storageof two 20-yard roll-off bins and one 25-yard roll-off bin(waste codes D007, D038, and F037). It is my understanding that the transporter is unable to pick upyour waste
in a timely manner, but Chevron Products Company is working to get a pickup scheduled.
Your extension request is approved provided that while the waste remains on-site the following will be adhered to:
The container is kept in good condition, closed, and appropriately labeled.
Inspections completed and records kept as required to be reviewed at the next site inspection.
If you have any questions, please call Rachel Winters 385-515-7771.
Sincerely,
Douglas J. Hansen,Director
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control
