Checklists for use in preparing plans for review by DDW are available at:
Well drilling plans and specifications for the Stockton Town Old Tank Well are being
submitted to DDW Engineering Section for review and approval. A PER for the Well
is also being submitted to DDW for review and approval. The planned Well is part of
a Utah Public Water System 23010. Plans and
specifications for well equipping and a new pump station will be submitted to DDW
separately after the well is drilled and tested.
