Hi Sitara,
CUPHD had contacted me toward the first of July and told me that they had just received the bact water samples that day. UPS had sent me confirmaon that they
had delivered the samples the week before. I talked with John Charer about what could be done. I believe he talked to you about being able to silence the points
if I explained to you what had happened. I thought they were in and tested unl they called, and then it was too late to redo samples for the month of June. If
there is anything that can be done, I would sure appreciate it.

I can't remember if I talked to you after I spoke with Sitara Federico at DDW about your sample not being delivered on time. But here is what she
said, if you contact her after you take the July sample and explain what happened to your June sample, then she can silence the points associated
with the violation. EPA rules make it so she has to issue the violation, but she can take the points away. So you may still see the violation on your
IPS report, but it should show zero points.
