Rule: R309-515-6(12)(d)(v)Rule requires the exhaust/relief piping on an air release/vacuum relief valve on the well
discharge piping to be covered with a #14 mesh corrosion-resistant screen. This
significant deficiency must be corrected within 120 days of notification or have a
corrective action plan approved by DDW.
