WORK OBJECTIVE: The work objective is to submit a work plan price to secure a new Grant of Access, if needed, and to conduct one round of groundwater monitoring and sampling of the release wells, with a report to follow. The work plan price should provide an estimate of costs for the implementation of the work plan, itemized per task. Each stage of the work plan should be identified as a specific task or sub-task. Work performed under each task or sub-task shall not commence without prior approval from the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR). II. TASKS: The DERR has identified the following tasks to be included in the work plan and price: 1. Secure permission to access the site wells. If necessary, have a DERR Grant of Access signed & submitted to DERR for the project file. 2. Conduct one round of monitoring and sampling of all available monitoring wells. This task includes documenting depth to water, thickness of any free product, and other observations, and collecting samples for MBTEXN, GRO, and DRO by the appropriate analytical methods. The groundwater sample with the highest concentrations should be fractionated. 3. Submit a draft groundwater monitoring report with updated historical groundwater data tables, appropriate maps and laboratory reports within 30 days of sampling. Total Work Assignment Cost: $650.00 III. PRICE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A. The expense to the DERR for completing this Work Assignment shall not exceed $650.00, including administrative costs, contract management, project management, and other associated costs. B. Payment requests shall be submitted when tasks are completed, as outlined in the "Deliverable and Payment Schedule." IV. SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION OF WORK AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS A. The DERR has set a deadline of June 28, 2024, for Atlas to submit a draft work plan and price for the determined work. B. After the DERR has reviewed and commented on the draft reports, Atlas will be required to provide final groundwater monitoring reports within 4 days of receipt of the DERR comments.
