System lacks required storage capacity due to fire demand Rule: R309-510-8(1)(b)Rule requires a public water system to provide equalization storage volume (to meet average day demands for indoor and irrigation water use), fire flow storage volume (if equipped with fire hydrants for fire suppression or required by the local fire code official), and emergency storage (if deemed appropriate by the water system or the Director). Notes:Systems lacks 13,639 gallons of required storage capacity. New tank is almost complete which will resolve this deficiency. There are adequate spill containment provisions for acid and caustic liquids.
