Director August 6, 2024 Andy Garland Mountain Regional Water SSD PO BOX 982320 Park City, UT 84098 Subject: Notice of Source Grouping, Updated Sample Location for Mountain Regional Water SSD, UTAH22137 Andy Garland: Mountain Regional Water SSD has recently provided the Division of Drinking Water with the required documentation for the collective sampling approval of the Wagon Trail #2 Well (WS030) and Gulch No 1 Well (WS031). Source samples are no longer needed from each well. Instead, all source samples may be collected immediately downstream of the Hidden Creek Chlorinator (TP026) within the Hidden Creek Booster Pump Station (PF020). The collective monitoring requirements for these sources are given below. Please collect these samples during times when both sources are represented in the sample. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the Water Monitoring section.
