The Report details the decommissioning of groundwater wells MW-1, MW-3, MW-6, MW-8. MW-10. MW-12A, MW-12B, MW-13A, MW-13B, MW-13C, MW-14A, MW-14B, MW-14C, and MW-15C. Additionally monitoring well MW-5 was damaged and replaced with MW-5R. The Report also details the decommissioning of soil vapor monitoring points SS-3, SS-4,SS-6,SS-9,SS-10,SS-12, and SS-15.
