Hey Bill,
I don't think the doc uments were submitted under the authority of s ome EW As even though W asat ch directed it to the
buyers from EW As a couple times before this c urrent round (Mc Kenna was helping me with t hose). That plan was
s ubmit ted separately to the VCP and that's where I have it uploaded. Those EW As were a y ear before the Soils
Management Report was submitt ed to us (2019 compared t o 2020), and we did not receive the Soils Management PLan
with doc uments for thos e EW As.
W hen I was reading through the EW A we did for the las t buyer, I not ic ed t hat we really only c alled out the Site
Management Plan and not the Soils Management Plan, and I thought maybe we s hould make the current location of the
impact ed s oil at the site clearer.
