As shown in the attached photos, the property was restricted for assess by fencing and gates. The property usage remained unchanged as industrial use or commercial. A change of land use condition is not anticipated for the property in a foreseeable future. SAMPLE COLLECTION Were Environmental Samples Collected by the Consultant (& were any split samples taken by staff)? YES NO COMMENTS: A groundwater long-term monitoring is being implanted for this property. Is the Work Being Performed in a Manner Consistent with the Approved Workplan? YES NO COMMENTS: It appeared that the groundwater sampling was conducted consistent with past sampling activities except for a broken water level meter. YES NO COMMENTS: The land is paved, fenced and gated. The groundwater use is prohibited. LONG-TERM INSTITUTION CONTROL(S) VERIFICATION Are Components or Restrictions of the SMP &/or EC Currently Being Complied with? YES NO COMMENTS: At the time of site visit, it appears that the land use condition was commercial/industrial and in compliance with Activity Use Limitations contained in the Site Management Plan and Environmental Covenant. SITE VISIT CONCLUSIONS At the time of site visit, it appeared that the site was in compliance with the site management plan. RECOMMENDATIONS An annual site visit is recommended.
