SS-14 and SS-15 both had exceedances of PCE and PCE/TCE respectively. As a result, Wasatch requested the Division approve additional sampling to the north and west of these locations to evaluate the extent of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) sub-slab vapors. The Division mobilized to the Site to discuss step off locations and to observe the sampling activities. The locations were agreed upon and sampled. Additionally, the Division observed the sampling of VMW-2 prior to demobilization. SAMPLE COLLECTION Were Environmental Samples Collected per the approved Sampling & Analysis Plan?
