The documents were reviewed under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). The aforementioned form will be used for future site management. Based on the review, the DERR has no additional technical comments on the documents and accepts them under the VCP. With the acceptance of these documents, Crocker Capital, LLC and Silver Reef Investment Holdings, LLC, have completed the terms and conditions of the Voluntary Cleanup Agreement (VCA) executed February 2, 2007, and most recently amended August 16,2023, except for ongoing site management and coverage of the DERR's administrative costs noted in the VCA. Enclosed is a Certificate of Completion (COC) for the site. The DERR will also send the COC to the Washington County Recorder to be recorded on the property title.
