Dear Mr. Hansen,
In accordance with Attachment 8 Section 5.2.2 of Clean Harbors Aragonite's (CHA) State
RCRA Permit, this correspondence serves as written notification of two (2) drum tracking issue
resolutions. In accordance with this condition, the following information is provided as
documentation: background on the containers, research done to resolve the tracking issue and the
description of the waste tracking showing the most likely disposition of each container. This
information can be found in Table 1.
