Dear Mr. Hansen,
Clean Harbors Aragonite LLC (CHA) is in receipt of your Notice of Violation dated June 25,
2024, regarding the Compliance Evaluation Inspection conducted by the DWMRC in 2023.
CHA would like to request an additional 30 days to respond to each portion of the Compliance
Order No. 2402019:
• For Violations 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, CHA is requesting to respond within 60 days of
the signature date of the NOV/CO.
• For Violations, 1 and 3, CHA is requesting to respond and schedule a meeting within
90 days of the signature date of the NOV/CO.
I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my
direction or supervision according to a system designed to assure that qualified personnel
properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or
persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the
information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate,
and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information,
including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations.
