In accordance with Attachment 15 Section 7.2 of the Clean Harbors Aragonite, LLC RCRA Permit,
attached are results of the Second Quarter 2024 Calibration Error Testing, which indicate that the
continuous emission monitors (CEM) are in proper working condition.
I hereby certify under penalty of law that this document was prepared under my direct supervision in
accordance with a system desi.gned to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the
information submitted. Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those
persons directly responsible for gathering the infonnatioo submitted is , to the best of my knowledge and
belief, true, accurate and complete . r am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false
information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for known violations.

SUBJECT: CALIBRATION ERROR TESTING
CLEAN HARBORS ARAGONITE, LLC
The calibration error testing for the # 1 CEM was completed for the carbon monoxide (low and
high) analyzers, the oxygen monitor, total hydrocarbon analyzer, and the carbon dioxide monitor.
The results are given in the table below:
