Facility History - Executive Summary
Release FCO: August 1991, three USTs removed. Petroleum saturated soils noted and product float on GW. Also 3-ASTs were
adjacent to the USTs. Both AST and UST product lines abandoned with install of new PST-covered USTs approx. 1981. PST-Funded
USTs and Release ID JRH cleaned up and obtained NFA (7-2016). Some soil excavation work occurred in 2000 with confirmation
samples > Tier 1. More work needed to evaluate current conditions, as historic work shows UST and AST source areas > Tier 1 levels
for soil and groundwater. Last sampling data was 2011 for soil and 2014 for GW.

Recommended Tier 1 Actions
All contaminant concentration levels are below ISLs or below Tier 1 screening levels and no receptors are within the critical
distances. Recommendation - No further action.
Tier 1 criteria (contaminant concentration and/or distance to receptors) are exceeded at the site.
Recommendation - See attached supplemental information worksheet.
