1.THIS DRAWING SET PRESENTS THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE STAGE 4 HEAP LEACH FACILITY
EXPANSION AT THE LISBON VALLEY MINE.
2.PREPARED SUBGRADE, AS DEFINED ON THE DRAWINGS, INCLUDES CLEARING, GRUBBING, TOP SOIL REMOVAL (IF ANY),
REMOVAL OF UNSUITABLE MATERIAL, MOISTURE CONDITIONING, AND COMPACTION AS DEFINED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS.
3.CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING, STAKING, AND PROTECTING ANY SUBSURFACE UTILITIES AND PIPES PRIOR
TO EARTHWORKS CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
4.THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND SAFETY OF ITS WORKERS. THIS INCLUDES,
BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE, EXCAVATION, ACCESS AND BARRIERS. IT ALSO INCLUDES
TEMPORARY SHORING OF EXCAVATIONS AND STABILITY OF TEMPORARY CUT SLOPES.
5.TWO-FOOT CONTOUR BASE MAP PROVIDED BY LISBON VALLEY MINING COMPANY, ACTUAL GROUND SURFACE EXPECTED
