Hello, I have heard bac k from t ank s and t hey believe removing down t o s lab
does not affec t t heir previous work at t he property. I followed up wit h Bill and it
appears t o be a pat h we c an go down. He s ugges ted that it would be wis e to
have a s it e vis it as we s t art t his work t o s ee t he c urrent s it uation bot h at t he
s it e and on the s urrounding propert ies .
Als o, I was reminded t o ment ion the As bes t os /Lead B as ed P aint requirement s
again, I believe y ou are all aware of t his and t o again s t res s t hat we c an't pull
up any of t he s lab y et , t hat will have t o be under t he RA P aft er 30 day public
c omment as y ou k now. However, this will at leas t begin t o help wit h t he
t res pas s ing is s ue y ou have been ex perienc ing.
Pleas e let me k now a good time for t he s it e vis it and I will plan ac c ordingly.
