From what I have heard rec ent ly t hey are about t o get t he permits for t he demo
work . Als o, my c lient has been doc ument ing how t hey have been dis pos ing of
t he remaining c ont ainers and was t es . Mos t ly we are wait ing for t he c omment s
on t he S ite Charac t eriz at ion report t o finaliz e t hat and get the V CP go ahead
t o get t he RA P going. W hen do y ou antic ipat e we will get t hos e c omment s
and be able t o s t art on t he RA P ?

t he lead up for preparing for Demolit ion. I have inc orporat ed Sc ot t's c omments ,
and he is look ing over them t o mak e s ure what I have in the c omment s
mat c hes what he wanted. Onc e I have t hat I c an s tart t ak ing t he c omment s
t hrough Bill and the res t of t he t eam. I'll have a bet ter idea on a t ime frame
