Comment The 2023 Annual Report was reviewed and 80% of the waste is from Box
Elder County, 10% of the waste is from Weber County, and 10% of the
waste is from Cache County. Total Materials Received is noted to be
5,136.00 tons. The Landfill Remaining Capacity is 1,609,332.00 tons/32
years. $10,366.23 in disposal fees were paid.

propane bottles. Dead animals are adequately covered. Non-hazardous
wastewater is deposited in designated ponds to be solidified and used as

General Comments
Comments The facility maintains adequate signage, the gatehouse is fully staffed
during operating hours, and maintains excellent record keeping. Dead
animals are fully covered and the waste tire pile has significantly reduced in
size. No vectors were observed and adequate wind-blown litter and fugitive
dust controls were in place. Appliances and other recyclables are picked up
frequently. Random load inspections are being conducted and alternative
daily cover is noted when it is used.

nearby neighbor of wastewater being discharged in the basin. No evidence of
wastewater was observed in the basin.

has been minimal, the facility is taking the opportunity to clean sediment from the
bottom of the empty pond.
