Dead animals are fully covered and the waste tire pile has significantly reduced in size. No vectors were observed and adequate wind-blown litter and fugitive dust controls were in place. Appliances and other recyclables are picked up frequently. Random load inspections are being conducted and alternative daily cover is noted when it is used.
