I t hink we were planning on t he meet ing s c heduled for t he 22nd. I've reviewed
t he doc ument s and determined what c omment s I have for the old SMP, t he
monit oring propos al, and t he rap addendum, and I've s ent t he RAP addendum
over t o Sc ott t o look over t he propos ed c rit eria relat ive t o ris k , s o onc e I have
heard from him I c an inc orporat e what I have with what he has .
Nex t week I'm going t o be gone unt il t hurs day, and I have furt her work on
t hurs day t hat would mak e a meet ing diffic ult , s o we're left wit h t he week aft er.
Addit ionally I won't be able t o mak e s emi-annual monit oring t he week of
Sept ember 2, but if y ou're s t ill going Sept ember 10 I c an mak e it out t here. If
not pleas e proc eed ac c ording to t he work plans , along with any relevant
c hanges t o thos e plans t hat we might be dis c us s ing on t he 22nd.
