1. Recommend continued efforts to minimze deep rooted plants.
2. Recommend continued efforts to minimze burrowing animals and backfill their holes.
3. Recommend continued efforts to minimze and repair erosion.
4. Maintenance is of an erosional area near the right groin and downstream toe is needed.
5. A road was previously constructed on the downstream toe from the right groin to the middle of the embankment
and material near the middle of the embankment was excavated. Recommend monitoring for erosion into the
embankment.
6. Per Anfield staff, piezometers are dry.
