This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site MLO. This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates petroleum contamination remains from this release. Specifically, soil contamination that exceeds the DERR Petroleum Storage Tank Facility Cleanup standards is in the area of the former underground used oil tank (see attached map). The contamination is between approximately 8-15 feet deep, north of the building, and is not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors, and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required.
