As of July 12, 2024, Bluffdale City Water has successfully completed the requirements listed in the CAP. The CAP is now officially closed, and the water system’s rating will remain at an approved status with 0 Improvement Priority System (IPS) points. The Division of Drinking Water recognizes that addressing deficiencies and violations can be difficult and often requires significant financial and personnel resources. We would like to thank Bluffdale City Water for the efforts put forth in resolving the items, for your continued commitment to maintaining reliable infrastructure, and for ensuring the safety of the drinking water provided to your customers. Please find enclosed current copies of the completed CAP requirements, monitoring schedule, and IPS report to help Bluffdale City Water maintain compliance and an approved status.
