Element TV Company, LP Utah Manufacturer Annual Report
Element TV Company, LP provides an eligible program for the collection, reuse and recycling of consumer
electronic devices by providing a system for a consumer to return a consumer electronic device by mail.
Element’s eligible program is available to all Utah consumers with an Element brand consumer electronic
device.
Utah consumers interested in recycling Element branded consumer electronic devices may visit Element’s
sustainability webpage at https://www.elementelectronics.com/sustainability/.
Element TV Company, LP is partnering with Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. to provide an eligible program
mail-back system available to Utah consumers for Element branded consumer electronic devices. This mail-
back system is operated at no charge to the consumer. The mail-back system is available by accessing
Element’s website at www.elementelectronics.com/sustainability/, which will direct consumers to Dynamic
Lifecycle Innovations, www.thinkdynamic.com/mailback/. Consumers can call or email Dynamic to validate
that their consumer electronic device is eligible for the mail-back system. Once the product has been
validated, the consumer will be mailed or emailed a pre-paid shipping label, and if needed packaging supplies
to return their discarded consumer electronic device. Information will be provided to the consumer for the
nearest FedEx facility where the consumer’s package can be brought for shipping back to Dynamic.
Element TV Company, LP includes a public education program on the laws governing the recycling and reuse
of discarded consumer electronic devices and the methods available to consumers to comply with those
requirements through our partner, Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. Consumers can access Element’s website
at www.elementelectronics.com/sustainability, which will direct consumers to Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations,
www.thinkdynamic.com/mailback/. Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations’ website includes information on the Utah
Disposal of Electronic Waste law, including items that are covered by the law, consumers that are covered by
the law, and a link to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.
