The file for this 2024 dispenser closure/aboveground petroleum storage tank release has
been reviewed by the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) project
manager, who has recommended that no further corrective action be taken at this time. This no
further action applies only to the specific Release Site OKF. This recommendation is based on the
information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your
consultant, or another representative.
The information submitted indicates that any detectable petroleum contamination from this
release is not a threat to human health or the environment, according to Utah Admin. Code R311-
211. In the future, if other evidence indicates a spread of contamination from this release which may
cause a threat, further corrective action may be required.

Mecham Brothers, located at 150 South Morgan Valley Drive, Morgan, Utah
Facility Identification No. 1200131, Release Site OKF

An unleaded and diesel dispenser were removed in early 2024. A release was opened based on Tier 1
exceedances in one or both closure soil samples. Abatement/overexcavation occurred in May 2024.
The bottom and all 4 sidewall samples were below detection/below ISLs. Groundwater was not
encountered.
