Dear Mr. Frydenlund:

Pursuant to the Radioactive Material License, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFR) submitted to
the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) the annual surety estimate
on March 4, 2022.

The DWMRC has reviewed the submittal and approves the surety amount of $21,873,546. This is an
increase of $1,048,686 from the currently funded $20,824,860. The DWMRC will hold this review
open pending receipt of the revised surety instrument in the newly approved funding amount.
