The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) approved the surety amount of
$23,823,436 on April 5, 2023 (DRC-2023-002108) and requested an updated surety instrument in that
amount. The revised surety bond rider was received on May 1, 2023.

The Division’s review of the surety for the White Mesa Mill is now closed.
