(EFR) regarding the White Mesa Uranium Mill (Mill): 1. EFR, February 12, 2024, Transmittal of 4th Quarter 2023 Groundwater Monitoring Report Groundwater Quality Discharge Permit UGW370004 White Mesa Uranium Mill. (Received by the Division on February 20, 2024) (DRC-2024-004529) 2. EFR, January 30, 2024, State of Utah Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 White Mesa Uranium Mill – Notice Pursuant to Part I.G.1(a) (DRC-2024-004282) The review was conducted to ensure compliance with all applicable parts of Utah Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit) issued for the White Mesa Uranium Mill located in Blanding, Utah. EFR 4th Quarter 2023 Groundwater Monitoring Report – Closeout: Based on review of the EFR February 12, 2024, 4th Quarter 2023 Groundwater Monitoring Report, it appears that all applicable requirements of the Permit were met. Therefore, the review is hereby closed out. (Over) EFR Notice Pursuant to Part I.G.1(a) – Closeout: Based on review of the EFR January 30, 2024, Notice Pursuant to Part I.G.1(a), it appears that all requirements of the Permit were met.
