My previous email had a grammatical error in one of the updated DWSPP. Please use these versions for your review.

Attached are the updated Drinking Water Source Protection Plans for Beaver City for the 885 North (Previously 850
North) Well, North Creek Well, and the Tank Well. Please let me know if you have any questions or have trouble
downloading the attachments.

I am reviewing the updates and a few items need to be addressed before I can concur.
1-WS011 Tank Well
There are no implementation records for the uncontrolled PCS. Please implement the management strategies and include
a record of that implementation. Here is a snapshot from a previous plan of the implementation schedule.

2- WS023 850 North Well
It looks as though the septic systems in the source protection zones were not correctly assessed. As septic systems are a
pollution source, they cannot be assessed as adequately controlled. Please reassess the septic system PCS as not
adequately controlled and include management strategies. We often see public education, like what you have for the
Tank Well, for the management strategy. Implementation of the management strategy you decided on will not be required
for this update cycle, however it is highly encouraged.
As a courtesy, I will give you 90 days to complete these items before I send a formal disapproval. Please reach out to me
if you have any questions.
