General Comments
Comments The facility produces compost, mulch and various garden soils. They are
seeking to improve their training program and will begin a sign in procedure
for training attendees. The operator understands that it will soon be
necessary to submit a new permit application to bring the permit into
compliance with Utah’s current rules.
