During this 15-day period, a minimum of five windrow turnings are required and performed. The vector attraction reduction requirement was met by composting and maintaining a temperature of 40º C or for 14-days, with an average temperature of 45º C. “I certify under penalty of law, that the Class A Pathogen Requirements and Vector Attraction Requirements, have been met in part 1.C.2. and part 1.C.3.. Also, the metal requirements for Table 3 of 503.13 have been met. This determination has been made under my direction and supervisions in accordance with the system design to ensure that qualified personnel, properly gather and evaluate the information used to determine that the requirements have been met.
