Statement of Basis and Waste Load Analysis for the above-referenced facility. The 30-day public notice period ended July 26, 2024. The only comments received were submitted by theCity
of Springville, and were regarding the correction of some items in the FSSOB, but no changes to the Permit were required. Therefore, the permit has been renewed as drafted and is effective
August 1, 2023, subject to the right to appeal in accordance with the provisions of Utah Administrative Code, Section R317-9.As the State agency charged with the administration of issuing
UPDES Permits, we are continuously looking for ways to improve our quality of service to you. In an effort to improve the State UPDES permitting process, we are asking for your input.
