Box 144830 Salt Lake City Utah Subject: Quarterly Arsenic Monitoring for 2nd Quarter 2024 Dear David: This report contains the results of our Arsenic Monitoring Program for the 2nd quarter of 2024. Samples were collected from 3 sites in Blue Mountain South water system 11066. The analytical laboratory results and a summary of the arsenic field-testing data should have been sent to you from Chem-Tech Ford Laboratories. All bacteriological sample results were absent from bacteria during this sampling period. The sampling results indicate that the point-of-use devices (RO units) are performing as designed and keeping the arsenic levels in compliance. It may be of interest to DDW these RO units are on a routine maintenance schedule with our vendor and as needed throughout the year.
