Director July 16, 2024 Maarten Verhoef Wilderness Acres No 20 Property Owners 2336 West 650 North Layton, UT 84040 Subject: Notice of Routine Source Monitoring Requirements for Wilderness Acres No 20 Property Owners, UTAH22159 Maarten Verhoef: According to the Division of Drinking Water’s (the Division) records, Wilderness Acres No 20 Property Owners recently completed the new source chemical analysis sampling required for the Wilderness Acres 20 Property Owners Well (identified as WS001). The results are satisfactory. Pursuant to R309-205, the well is subject to ongoing “routine” monitoring. The monitoring requirements for this well are given below. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the Water Monitoring section.
