The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of the March 28, 2024 Chloroform Corrective Action Comprehensive Monitoring Evaluation
(CACME) Report (Report). The review was based on compliance with the:1.Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) Docket No. UGW20-01.2.White
Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the SCO and GCAP.This letter constitutes a closeout of the Report.
