The Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Environmental Response and
Remediation (DERR), requests that Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (Atlas), complete the
enclosed Work Assignment, under Contract #216364. The enclosed Work Assignment identifies
the work necessary for quarterly groundwater monitoring with reporting at the subject site.
Enclosed is an original copy of the Work Assignment and tasks to be completed. Please sign

Work Assignment: Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring with Reporting

The Consultant, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (Atlas) is requested to complete the following
Tasks for the Work Assignment:
I. WORK OBJECTIVE:
The work objective is to conduct quarterly groundwater monitoring with reporting for the
purpose of evaluating an offsite groundwater plume.
II. TASKS:
The DERR has identified the following tasks, which follow Atlas's work plan and price
submitted on July 3, 2024:
1. August 2024 Groundwater Sampling with September 2024 Report
Cost: $6,805.50
2. November 2024 Groundwater Sampling with December 2024 Report
Cost: $6,653.50
3. February 2025 Groundwater Sampling with March 2025 Report
Cost: $6,653.50
4. May 2025 Groundwater Sampling with June 2025 Report
Cost: $6,653.50
5. August 2025 Groundwater Sampling with September 2025 Report
Cost: $6,653.50
Total Work Assignment Cost: $33,419.50
III. PRICE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
A. The expense to the DERR for completing this Work Assignment shall not exceed
$33,419.50, including administrative costs, contract management, project
management, and other associated costs.
B. Payment requests shall be submitted when tasks are completed, as outlined in the
Deliverable and Payment Schedule.
IV. SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETION OF WORK AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
A. The DERR has set a start date of July, 2024 for the above-referenced tasks. Atlas is
required to provide draft groundwater monitoring reports within 30-days of the work
outlined above.
B . After the DERR has reviewed and commented on the draft reports, Atlas will be
required to provide final groundwater monitoring reports within 4 days of receipt of
the DERR comments.
