This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site NUY. This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates that any detectable petroleum contamination from this release is not a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code rule R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required. A second set of three non-notifiers were subsequently encountered beneath the demolished office building. A small amount of soil was removed; a large volume of water was pumped from the excavations and used for dust suppression at the site, as approved by DEQ/DWQ.
