On July 1, 2024, you submitted a 30-day hazardous waste storage extension request to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division)for the continued storage 20 cubic
yards of benzene contaminated catalyst (waste code D018). It is my understanding that Clean Harbors is unable to dispose of your waste in a timely manner and has scheduled pick up for
August 29, 2024.
Your extension request is approved provided that while the waste remains on-site the following will be adhered to:
The containersare kept in good condition, closed, and appropriately labeled.
Inspections completed and records kept as required to be reviewed at the next site inspection.
Future storage extension requests are filed prior to the 90-day accumulation limit date and this 30-day storage extension.
