lntermountain Power Service Corporation (IPSC), Svstem #14050
ln accordance with the Division of Drinking Water letters dated January 30,2005 and April 25,2005
regarding the monitoring and reportinB requirements for point-of-use (POU) arsenic filters, IPSC is
submitting the Second Quarter Operational Report for 2024.
As required, two POU sites were sampled, POU #31 (Scrubber 2 Sink), and POU #64 (Convertor Station
Relay House Shop Fountain). The lab results for April 4, 2024 from Scrubber 2 Sink POU #31 show an
arsenic result of 15.7 ppb. However, this sample was inadvertently taken from an untreated tap, not
from POU S31 from Scrubber 2 Sink POU fl31. Upon discovering this, a sample was then taken on April
11, 2024. The lab results for this showed arsenic level of "Not Detected" (ND).
Also, for TP003 (Arsenic Treatment Skid) monthly arsenic sample results are attached, as well as one
quarterly raw well water sample from TP004.
