Ted,
We will need photo's to remove those two defciencies, but because they are minor we don't need a Corrective Action
Plan. Just submit those corrections when you are able to get the photo's. You can email them to me here, or text them
to 385-515-1501.

Semi-related, we have 5 points for no source flow meter. I have since installed one however lost photos from my
phone so cannot prove it until June or July. Do I need to go through a CAP to address this or are photos adequate?
Same with riser height above grade?

system. The deficiency is for 7/2023. I have the results from Chemtech Ford but it has "Report to
State: No" I thought I had reported the sample to the state aer the invesgave came back
negave with the seasonal startup form that was submied to the state. The report is aached.
Could you direct me to the correct place to get these points resolved, if possible?
