How to Create an Annual Report in
NeTMS4
1)Login to your existing CDX account on the login page:https://cdx.epa.gov
2)Click Signatory or Preparer under Role for NeTMS4.
3)Click on the Actions dropdown menu next to your permit and select Manage Annual
Reports.
4)Click the Create Annual Report Button
