This letter is a follow up to the hazardous waste compliance evaluation inspection (CEI) conducted by the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste on March 22, 2006 at your facility. A
report on the results of the inspection conducted has been completed by the Division.

Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the Division is pleased to inform you that the VULCRAFT Group hazardous waste management practices were in compliance with the
