The Division issued Plan Approval for this project on May 21, 2023. The Division understands that the project consisted of constructing a connecting water line between the Indian Crossing Campground and Jarvie Historical Site water systems, and now that the project is complete, you would like to merge Jarvie into Indian Crossing and combine the two system into one system as follows:New System Name: Indian Crossing and Jarvie Water SystemNew System Number: UTAH05040Serve the Jarvie area from the Indian Crossing system with the following changes to the respective inventories:Make the Jarvie Historical Site system inactive in the Divisions database.Label the Jarvie storage tank (ST001) as Abandoned/Demolished.Move all relevant historical information for the Jarvie Ranch Well (WS001) to the merged Indian Crossing and Jarvie Water System, keep the Jarvie Ranch Well name but rename the Division Source ID to WS002 in the new merged system. Label the well as inactive and not in use - it is currently not connected, but the system may want to connect and use it as a second source in the future. The Division has received the following information for the project: Certification that the project was constructed per the approved plans and specifications by a professional engineer. As-built drawings Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing. The Division has determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for the connecting water line and merging the two systemsis hereby issued as constituted by this letter. You may now place the facilities associated with the new merged system in service in your water system. Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
