This deficiency correction form is to address the cross connection described above, with a valve
that was below grade in a marsh. This valve was located at (40.58871, -111.01685) and is
pictured below. The area had poor drainage that was identified in the sanitary survey in 2022.
The Utah Recreation Company and Uinta – Wasatch – Cache National Forest installed a new
valve at a location that is closer to the Shady Dell Campground and has better drainage. This
work was done on 6/25/2024. The New valve is located at (40.58982, -111.01579). Pictures and
