The fixes and documentation are sufficient to remove these points from the goblin valley system. No further action on your end is needed. As far as the seemingly duplicate deficiency, it does seem weird. My understanding is that the rule text that prompts this question contains multiple elements (downturned, screened, 12 inches above grade), and that a question is generated for each element so they are not overlooked. In cases where multiple elements are not fulfilled (as in this case, not downturned or 12 inches above grade) it comes across as a duplicate, but if only one element was unfulfilled then the deficiency might better inform the water system of what the issue actually is. Either way, the deficiencies will be removed shortly. Jen, Can you remove the D009, both D006, V009 and the V012 deficiencies from UTAH08024? Thanks!
