Project Engineer at Chen-Northern, I am currentiy striving to expand my knowledge and
experience in order to become better qualified to offer regulatory auditing and permitting
services. This desire led me to respond to the legal notice in the local newspaper regarding the
issuance of an einergency permit to Hercules Aerospace Company. I contacted Ed Deputy, as
instmcted by the notice, in order to obtain copies of the permit information. He directed me to
write a formal request to your office.
