No more than 15 liters of liquid ammonia/ammonium perchlorate (NH4/AP) solution may be treated by detonation. No more than one 1 liter container may be detonated at one time. Detonations shall occur in a pit designed to contain fragments from detonations. The emergency permit for hazardous waste treatment will remain in effect from February 9, 1993 until May 11, 1993. Copies of the emergency permit are available for public inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste, 4* Floor, Dr. Martha Hughes Cannon Building, 288 North 1460 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
