Propellant located at the Hercules Bacchus Works, Magna, Utah
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for a 30-day extension to the 90-days storage
requirements is hereby granted. Please be advised that this extension only applies to the
26,500 pounds of cured waste rocket propellant, identified in your March 8, 1991
request. The 30-day extension will expire April 15, 1991.
Please be advised that the Bureau is in receipt of the revised Part A Application and will
proceed with reviewing this submittal. If the revisions are as previously discussed, there
should be no problem in reviewing and amending existing interim status storage.
However, should this extension prove to be inadequate, please contact us so that
appropriate action can be taken.
if you have any questions concerning the extension, please contact Bill Wallner at
538-6170.
Sincerely,
