We have received your request for a RCRA Part A Permit Application Revision which was
received March 8, 1991. The request asked for approval for a change in your Part A permit
application to add two facilities for storage of hazardous waste explosives for greater than ninety
days to your existing interim status. These two new storage areas were designated as Building
4643 and Building 2191.
The Part A Permit Application Revision is hereby approved as of April 15, 1991. Ifyou have
